No matter what size your RV the chief cook could probably still use more counter space to put together those gourmet dinners.
You can increase this space by mounting your coffee maker, paper towel holder, spice rack, paper plate dispenser, etc. to the bottom your cabinets.
Most of these accessories have predrilled holes and mounting instructions. Once they are no longer living on your counter top you will be surprised at how much additional working space you gain.
