With the economy struggling to pick itself up, retailers often discount their goods to stimulate sales, and this winter in Quartzsite will be a bargain hunter's Nirvana for RVers.
Since many of the venders don't have permanent local facilities, and therefore not locked in to an overhead that they have to cover, they can sell products for lower prices.
Take the time to hunt for what you need and want and haggle the price. And don't forget to shop all the flea markets and individual sellers for what you need. Not only is it fun and part of the Quartzsite scene, but you might end up with some great deals.
