Look up

Severe winter storms and heavy snows typified the past winter season. As you begin to camp and boondock in the northern forests, where heavy, moisture-laden snows collected in the forests, be extra alert--look up--for broken or weakened branches in the trees around and above your campsite.

A Spring wind could finish them off sending them raining down on your RV’s roof causing damage to solar panels, antennas, or rubber roofs. If you spot such perils, change your campsite immediately. If you are in a campground, let the authorities know, also, so they can cut down the branch before it falls and hurts someone.
