Workout in your RV

The hottest trend in exercise turns out to be perfect for RVers. It consists of short, intense exercise periods, rather than long runs in the outdoors, on a treadmill, or on a Stairmaster—all of which would be hard to perform in an RV on a cold, rainy day. Where would you put the treadmill.

These intense exercise periods consisting of a 10-minute warm-up, followed by three exercises—i.e. pushups, squats, lunges, and various stretchy band exercises like seated row, biceps curls, or chest presses--in a row at near your maximum intensity. Then a short 5 to 10 second rest, then repeat for ten repetitions—about 20 minutes.

Pick from many exercises that can be done right in your RV. And when you are finished, you will know you’ve had a workout.

  1. Can you give me an example of a typical routine for you?
    Thanks!
