Montana bound? RV hosts needed

Needing a place to park your RV this summer? One with cool breezes and beautiful views? What could be more natural than Montana--before the snow flies? The Forest Service needs campground hosts near Butte at three different campgrounds. All three locations, Sheepshead Recreation Area, Beaverdam Campground, and Lowland Campground are within a 20 mile radius of Butte, the former copper mining boomtown in the southwest corner of the state.

A Forest Service news release spells out the details, "Volunteer hosts would help keep the areas clean and greet visitors coming to recreate at these areas. In exchange, at Sheepshead, the Forest Service offers the host a private place to park a trailer with water and sewer hookups. Lowlands and Beaverdam campgrounds offer a place to park with water available nearby. The Forest Service will also provide all equipment and cleaning supplies."

Sound like something that might work for you? Call Jocelyn Dodge at the Butte Ranger District at (406) 494-0246 for more information.
