Consider your neighbors when arriving after dark at your campground. If the campground is fairly well lit by either moon or nights lights, turn your headlights off, and drive slowly to your site.
Unhitch your dinghy before heading to your campsite, and learn silent signals between you and your spouse, or use walkie-talkies to enable you to get into your site without shouting or loud talking.
As soon as you are set, shut your engine off. Set up your campsite--rug, barbecue, chairs, etc. in the morning. All these acts will reduce the amount of noise and disruption to others who might be trying to sleep.
