As we get older our short term memory starts to dim. And we RVers have an extensive check list of things to remember to do before we pull out of camp. Some we easily remember, others not so much.
To remember to take care of those items you habitually tend to forget--lowering the TV antenna, unhooking the electrical cord, making sure your spouse is INSIDE the rig--tie a ribbon or tag to your steering wheel with the name of the task written on it in magic marker. You will unlikely drive away with those ribbons still tied there.
When traveling, tie the ribbons to your entry door to remind you to put them back on the steering wheel after you set up your next camp.
