Take the RVIA online RV tech course and save big bucks on repairs

If you have plenty of income and don't mind paying RV service centers to perform all your troubleshooting and repair problems, then you needn't read further. However, if you detest paying out your hard-earned dollars to troubleshoot your water heater or refrigerator or to install solar panels or an inverter consider taking the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) RV technician course.

Though the course is designed to prepare students for certification as an RV tech, that doesn't have to be your goal. The course takes 40 hours stretched over a year and is done entirely over the internet. All you need is a computer and an internet connection. The course costs $249 and comes with a Certification of Completion. You can then choose to take the physical test to become a Certified RV Technician at one of over 200 locations across the country.

But if you choose to not take the physical test--or even follow it through to the Certificate of Completion--the knowledge and skills that you will learn will more than pay for the cost of the program after you avoid an expensive repair by doing your first successful troubleshooting and repair job. And if you do take all the tests and become certified, you could earn some extra money on the road by helping others with their repairs and installations.
