Let burglars think this is what's inside

Instead of investing in an expensive security system for your rig, try this method (thanks to Dave, an ex-cop fulltime RVer).

(1) Buy a motion sensor that when set off, barks like a BIG DOG inside your rig

(2) Place a dog dish--a LARGE one--outside your entry door with some food scraps so it looks like it's being used

(3) Hang a heavy duty leash (one with metal spikes attached around the collar is good) on your awning rail near the LARGE  dog dish.

A potential burglar who sees the LARGE dog dish and heavy duty leash, then sets off the "BIG DOG" barking inside, will likely decide to break and enter somebody else's rig.
