Canada, dogs, and fine wine

If you plan on traveling in Canada and a dog is your co-pilot and traveling companion, be sure to have a veterinarian's health certificate--rarely needed in the United States--showing proof of rabies vaccination within the past 36 months. This is required in Canada.

And if you normally travel with a cabinet of cabernets, you're out of luck. You can only take two bottles of wine into Canada. Find a storage locker before reaching the border where you can secure your collection and retrieve it on your way out.
